My formula includes all macros.. Protein carbs, fat, veg/fruit and even milk.. balanced meals everyday in a calorie deficit.. no artificial sugar or processed foods..

Best thing I’ve tried yet.. left over grilled veg and chicken from the night before on a wholewheat wrap used as a pizza base.. sprinkle of cheddar, some green peppers. 600 cal and u can have the entire one without feeling guilty..
