Today I am going to stay on track. Sunday's are usually my "free day", I did pretty good. I usually binge on anything sight, but I didn't. I ate higher calories but because I eat lower carb during the other six days my sunday's are my carb refeed days. I WILL do good today.

Breakfast, coffee, half & half and sweetener. I am not a breakfast person, coffee is my cup of tea :)

I need to stop this cycle. up and down the same weight over and over again.
