Hello!!!!
I'm new to this website, I actually started the fatsmash on 1/7/09 and lost 6 lbs and that was only in 6 days. I cheated and did not go the whole 9 days. Do any one know if I can restart the 1st week over again. It's so hard when you don't have know doing it with you to encourage you not to eat certain things. But I'm glad I have maintain my weight lost and it has been almost 30 days.
