Very surprised I didn't gain atleast 5 lbs or more. Still eating my feelings. I do pretty good weekdays but weekends bad and especially when I'm home by myself. It's still so hard living this life without him 😞💔

def been an emotional week and I ate my feelings so I'm surprised it's not worse. May weigh tomorrow to get back on track for Fri weigh ins.

After my husband passed I emotionally ate my feelings for days. So I doubt this is right. I'm at my daughters and forgot my scale so different scale not going to be the same.

def not as high as I thought. weighing early since family will be here for lunch. def eating comfort food to try and ease my mind. I was always an emotional eater. this def triggers it.

FS Family please pray for me and my family. This is the hardest thing I've ever had to through . My love my best friend my soulmate of 21 years passed away this past Mon the 12th. He fought long and hard . He never came back after cardiac arrest. He hel on 26 days . The last 6 days he was off ventilator and in hospice. Me and my daughter were there when he took his last breath. This so hard I feel so alone every though family has stayed with me. it's not the same. I miss my husband so much. I don't know to live life alone and without him. it hurts too much 💔😪😢
