Today was a little difficult. I have been hungry all day. I think that I need to look at my menu and see what I can do better. The worse time is when I get home.. Jae is doing great!!! This afternoon when I got home I ate pretzels, cheeze its, and apple dips. For dinner I had BLT and cabbage.

Well so far today it has been really good. I ate a cinnamom raisen bagel thin with a 1/2 of teaspoon of butter and a fruit smoothie. Now at lunch i had a salad with chicken on it and fruit. I am actually full right now. So far so good. I can't wait to weigh myself on Monday.
Dinner was alright. I had stuffed turkey burgers, cabbage, and mashed cauliflower. The cauliflower was alright. The cabbage was delicious. I also weighed myself this afternoon and it said I had gained a pound but when I took my earrings off my weight went down. I am not feeling discouraged yet...

Well this is my first day with my calorie diet. I feel as if I am doing pretty good for the first day. I am fighting my snack cravings it is hard but I know that it will get easier. I just had my dinner and it was filling and yummy :)
I had a Ham Bacon Lettuce Wrap, yogurt, and Special K chips. Delicious!!! O and a cup of coke zero.
