Hey Everyone, I just am checking in I don't really post at all because of laziness I guess. But I wanted to check in and say that since starting a keto type eating plan I have dropped weight for sure but.. more than that I feel great! As I am losing weight though I am finding that I am more hungry sooner, but not to the point of binge eating or anything. Hope everyone is enjoying their Wednesday!
