Day three:
I am doing really well. I think the appetite suppresants are helping me so much. The slim fast shakes are filling and it is good that I don't have to make any choices right now. As I progress I will start adding healthy foods but right now I just need to go slow. I will have my first challenge tonight when I eat dinner at Doris' house. I pray God will keep me focused and on track. I can do this. Nothing tastes as good as being healthy feels

Day One:
I am so ready to start on the road to my goal weight. I am starting a weight loss program with Slim Fast during the day and a dinner with lean meat and vegetables in the evening. Snacks are vegetables and or fruits. I am also increasing my activity level alternating with cardio, yoga, and pilates. I visited my MD today and he cleared me for all the above. In addition I am receiving a weekly Lipo injection to help my liver break down the fat and increase my energy level. I am excited and ready to begin this new way of life.
