Hello. I learned about fat secret when I was searching a quick and easy way to track my protein(learned about it from Paul Revelia channel on youtube). As an unhealthy type of vegetarian, I find getting my protein a bit hard. I love bread and have a sweet tooth. Told my wife I'll get a six-pack, though I get close, I tend to fall off the wagon as I don't pay attention to my diet. Also trying to get fit again as I'm hoping to have a father/son trip out to CO and take some mtb classes(mainly for myself as when we ride, he has to wait for me :) ) and maybe hike some fourteeners. Now that I'm older, my body feels like I need to pay more attention to my diet, so here I am :).
