Day one with Fatsecret. I need to start tracking calories again for sure.
I also need to start pre-planning dinners as I do well on breakfast and lunch then seem to always mess up on supper. That's the hardest part for me.DH is used to meat, potatoes, veg every day and likes too many things that are not good for healthy eating. Starting today I need to prepare meals that are filling.....but healthy!
UPDATE 4/14/2014 Still haven't pre-planned meals, still not 100% successful preparing healthier dinners but improving.
