I haven't been on in awhile. I basically needed to start over. Especially with family over and I completely let my food choice be bad ones. But something good did happen. This my be TMI for some people but I actually had a period on time. That is so rare for me since I have PCOS. I'm pretty sure it was the diet change and exercise. The one thing getting in my way of exercise is my depression and anxiety. I'm still in the process of finding the right combo and dosage of medications. It is no fun at all but I'm hoping it won't take too much longer.

Well I think I am pushing myself too hard. At least when it comes to my calorie intake. I had a bad panic attack this morning and that's the only explanation for it. I was trying to limit myself to 1200-1400 calories in a day. That's probably not very healthy considering my weight and the fact that I have started exercising and burning more calories than I was before I changed the way I ate. I'm trying not to beat myself up about it but it is so frustrating that I'm trying to get down to a healthy weight and my body seems to be against me yet again.

This is the first time in a long time that i have worked out for 30 mins. And I'm talking about working up a sweat. it feels good even though i know ill be sore soon. lol. but I'm glad i did it.
