DID NOT WANT TO GO TO THE GYM.... but I decided that I would go at the busiest time, this way it would be full of people that would help me push myself harder.
I also felt guilty about the McDonalds today so I worked out SUPER HARD and burned almost 800 calories. Yahoo :-)
I had no clue of the calories... At first I was upset with myself when I saw how many calories I wasted on those stupid cheeseburgers..... but more than anything it was a wake up call. I could not believe that I wasted 600 calories on just 2 tiny cheeseburgers.
