The weekend was horrible for my diet. Went over my 1500 cal a day goal. Was so busy at work just ate junk food to keep me organized. I also had 2 choclate bars which means I cheated on my No Dairy challenge : (
Starting over again today. Ive actually noticed I am less bloated and my skin looks clearer since staying away from dairy : D

Hi Everyone,
SO today is the first day of the No Dairy for a month challenge and the beginning of my own diet.
I downloaded a APP that is a calorie counter. I record everything I eat and drink everyday and record how much weight I lose every month. My goal is to be under 1500 cal a day. Which sounded easier than it really is. I dont think I eat ALOT of food but I do eat the wrong food. I work 11 hr shifts so somedays I forget to eat until I am starving than I reach for fast food or a chocolate bar.
Well wish me luck!! Here we go DAY 1.
