So I am on day 3 of phase 2 and maybe its just me.. but since I can add meat and some other items I feel like I am almost cheating. I guess its because for 9 days I only had fruits and veggies so to add more food to the diet is almost a no-no. Does or did anyone else feel this way?

So yesterday I finally could weigh myself and I lost 13 pounds in Detox!!! I checked my book at home from what I wrote down, becuase I knew I was off a couple of pounds when I recorded this scale online and the accurate starting weight was 268. Yesterday morning I weighed in at 255. I am on such a high! It was well worth it.. can't wait for the next weigh in!

So this is the last day of DETOX!!!! I have been craving meet of anykind for nine days.... I can't wait for a Chicken Ceasar Salad... yum yum.... Phase two is going to be a breeze because there is so many more meals you can make with some meet. I'm also excited to see what my weigh in is tomorrow.....

So I am on Day 4 and all is going well.. I feel like my selections of food have pretty much been the same and I am not branching out that much. However,,, Every receipe that looks good include some type of meat.... so I'm excited about Phase 2---but oh well, 6 more days. I did go out to eat the other day to discuss info on a cruise I am about to take... Not sure if everyone has them but I went to resturant called Cheddars. They have a vegatble plate with a side or cesar salad. It is the best thing for Detox stage and for those who are still wanting to go out to eat. You get to choose 4 veggies from a list of 8. With me being a picky eater.. this was perfect. Hopefully most will have a Cheddars.. if not.. maybe someone else could suggest a good resturant for detox stage???????
