I'm 35 and have 3 kids. After my 3rd, I couldn't lose the weight I gained and I just kept putting more on. I hate exercising with a passion. In fact, I just had to look up how to spell it!! I hate the way I feel, I hate the way I look, I just want to change it.
I've been doing weight watchers for a week and really, really love it. It's very easy to follow. My main issues come with my family. They do not like to eat healthy, which is fine for them because they are all thin! But for me, I love veggies and healthy food, but hate cooking two different meals each night.
I'm really really trying this time. I've cut out soda and alcohol (another nemesis) and am writing everything down that I eat. Fingers crossed I can reach my goal by next year.
