My 105 lbs Weight Loss Story
Thanks for sharing and well done on such a big weight loss! I have been struggling to get rid of about 12kg since I left school and I always lose weight temporarily or I don't. Doing my first weigh tomorrow and hoping so much I have lost.

How often should I weigh myself? When I have done weighless before we had to weigh once a week. I don't want to get obsessed with weighing everyday because your weight fluctuates depending on water levels
