I stopped weighing myself, and it's official....I'm now just a standard fit guy. I almost fell into the trap of being addicted to the scale. Make sure once you hit your goal that your mentality has changed. Once you feel that switch happen, where you no longer eat chips, soda, bad foods, etc. and you tend to go for fruits, vegetables, and water 95% of the time. put the scale away and live. Then save the regiment you learned during your journey to get super fit for these big events in your life, like getting married, going on vacations, etc. LIVE FIT!
