How do i start this fatsmash diet thing?
O I am sorry My bad!. Anyway I never said not to go and atleast look at the book. I am just saying it is not neccessary to buy it if you can not. I was mainly just rying to give the person the info for Detox, to get them started. My intention was not to misguide them.

How do i start this fatsmash diet thing?
Well I did not get the book i just skimmed through it while I was walking around Target and I got the bulk of it. Phase 1 is DETOX. NO MEAT NO SWEETS NO BREAD/STARCHES, NO SODA NO FRUIT JUICE. All the fruits and veggies you want except avocados (Fresh fruit and veggies, canned veggies are kind of okay but stay away from the canned fruit cups and dried fruits. You can also have 4 egg white (liquid or boil and remove the yolk), skim milk, plain oatmeal and yogurt but you can add fruit to them (or you can also try the low fat yogurt if you can not deal with the plain ones like me), you can also have brown rice, O yea and that tofu stuff. no sugar or salt but you can have all the spices you like to give your veggies a kick. I suggest boiling your brown rice in vegetable broth instead of water. and WATER, WATER, WATER, WATER
Phase 2 introduce you to meat, look at the book to figure out exact portions, but you can have chicken, fish lean beef, some seafood, coffee drinkers can have coffee but not the STARBUCKS CRAZY coffees, just regular coffee with sugar substitutes, You can have wheat pasta still no bread, still no soda,
This should get you started, just know that every phase adds a little and eventually you will be eating cookies and other snacks.
GOOD LUCK SMASHING!!

Just started the diet
Hey Tiffany WELCOME TO FAT SMASH and a new life, body, and relationship food. Well you can look at anybody's chart and see we have had some GREAT, Good, and not so good results. It is all in what you put into it. If you stick to it you will do GREAT. It will get hard in Phase 1 after eating the same stuff over and over again if you are picky like me and can not afford to experiment on foods you may not like but you can do it. I lost 9 lbs in P1 on a very limited food regiment and only like 4-5 days of exercise. (NOW I can not stop working out). If you have any questions now matter how big or small just ask we REALLY are here for each other.

Phase I
What are you putting condiments on. You can not have any meats. You can have all the fruits and veggies you want, brown rice, egg whites, salad but no dressing, it is GREAT with Salsa, oatmeal, watr, and fat free milk. Hope that helps

WHat about Fat Free Cheese ?
Hey Jenna, Well you can not have cheese in Phase 1, but alot of people vary a little (like um um 5 boiled peanuts) Egg whites are not that bad though. What kind of Oatmeal do you eat because I make my instant Quakers with water, it is GREAT! and I can still have my skim milk. I feel your pain though I am a picky eater as well I have been eating the same thing for 7 days now (Broccoli, Corn, Brown Rice(cooking with vegetable broth instead of water), Tomato soup, Egg whites, Apples, Oranges, Bananas(which I am ABSOLUTLY tired of), mangos, grapes, pineapples, oatmeal, yogurt, just added String beans(french cut),Collard Greens, and my new favorite salad with Salsa. I am scared to buy other stuff because if I do not like it I am going to be mad I wasted the money.
