Week 2 completed with 100 compliance to the strict keto plan. There have been many UPS and associated downs. It is beyond me how in general I don't crave sugar, BUT at the same time in the evening get cravings - but there is a pattern. The pattern is that I am "stressed and tired" And instead of "dealing" with my feelings, I want a "high". Good to finally tune into that. Not saying I have a plan YET on how to deal with it (although at this time haven't caved to temptation). Something for me to be aware of that is for sure.
