hey all! looking for recommendations on the best food scales...certain things are so hard to guess on and I think that may be part of the problem...like trying to eye ball an ounce of hard cheese. LOL I don't wanna seem like I'm turning into a calorie Nazi but maybe I need the extra discipline. I dunno??? do you guys weigh out all the food?

ok I'm back...hit a plateau. life has been...meh. I can admit I need y'alls support to do this since nobody (that I know) within a 500 mile radius seems to give a sh*t about their health and fitbess. so here I am. my goal is 20 more lbs down by spring break. what do y'all think?? is it doable? I hope. plz wish me luck. thx in advance.
