Last pics of 2019, I'm still eating in a slight surplus (clean bulk) but come February will be reducing my calories to a slight deficit. I can definitely feel the difference between eating in a surplus and eating in a deficit while working out! So far nothing but positive results. My body is definitely starting to "fill in" in the right areas, but at the same time eating in a surplus since August has also added a small amount of fat! You can't have muscle growth without the fat gain, but that will be taken care of come February. I hope everyone has a Happy and Healthy New Year!!!
