I didn’t have many pics from when I started my recent cut so I used a pic that has inspired me to always move forward in this journey. When I took this pic I couldn’t believe I allowed myself to get to this point, and this wasn’t even my heaviest. I still look at this pic quite often and instead of disgusting me like it used to, it now inspires me to see the progress I have made over the past few years. And hopeful as is what’s to come!
The cut is coming along and will definitely be wrapping up in the next few weeks. Going based on how I feel and look.

Had a busy weekend, got a call to D.J. a throwback party last weekend (I’ve always had my main job, but since I was a teenager I’ve always DJ-ed. I’ve worked in clubs all over Manhattan, Brooklyn, SI, Florida etc. Music has always been my passion, I even produce music and was signed to a record label!). I only went on for 2 hours so I got to enjoy the rest of the party and catch up with people I haven’t seen in a long time (many who didn’t recognize me, lol).
On the cut side, I don’t see it going much longer, I’m not basing it on a scale number but more on how I look and feel. After the cut will be maintenance for a bit then possibly another slow bulk. Hope everyone had a great 4th of July weekend!

Went for sushi last night, this isn’t all mine but it was so good I could have ate it all! My favorite was the roll with snow crab, mango, and avocado on the inside and grilled Chilean sea bass on top.

Family gave me a surprise birthday party this weekend with tons of great food and deserts! Definitely had my share, that’s why I am shocked I was down in weight this week, I definitely won’t question it! That night I went up to Oneonta for some hiking but spent most of the weekend trying to avoid the crazy weather and rain (the sky went from one extreme to the other) I still managed to get 20k steps in yesterday so maybe that helped with the deficit 😂. The cut is coming along, definitely starting to see a difference in vascularity… Hope everyone had a great weekend..!

Back to the 180’s! Bulking is way more fun though! 😂
The sky looked like a watercolor painting the other night and the best car window ever 🤣, sorry Diablo I don’t have a dog so I couldn’t get one in the pic! Hope everyone is having a great week.
