Some vacation water weight sticking around, should be gone by next week. Going hiking this weekend so that should definitely help get rid of it! Vacation was awesome but glad to be back. Cut is over and now eating in maintenance for a while.

Couldn’t update my weight yesterday, fatsecret was being glitchy. Looking forward to next week, going on vacation with my family. We all have timesharing units in a resort in Callicoon NY. We have been going for 35 yrs now. It’s great to spend a week with my mom, brothers, cousins, nieces and nephews. I am also looking forward to getting in that mountain air and getting out of the city for a week. Hope everyone had a great weekend!

Had an interesting weekend to say the least, the weather was amazing, so that is always a plus! Got a lot of steps in both Saturday and Sunday, which felt great.
The cut will be ending in two weeks, and I’m looking forward to eating in maintenance for about a month before starting a lean bulk. Oh and those pics are from SI, Sometimes I forget I live on an island! Lol… Hope everyone had a great weekend….

It was a crazy weather weekend here, tons of rain and humid heat. But at least the rabbits were out having fun! I use to see one once in a while but on my walk on Sunday night I saw a few, maybe the saying is true! Lol 😂
The cut is going good, starting to feel it a bit. I added to refeed days in this week and definitely felt the extra energy. Looking forward to maintenance in a few weeks. Hope everyone had a great weekend!
