So proud of myself. Did a morning workout before work, drank 16 oz of water on the way to work, and ate a sensible breakfast of boiled egg, veggie sausage, and apple. Feeling super good this morning! Ready for the day!

wanted meatloaf so I made a veggie loaf with veggie crumbles and fresh veggies. pretty tasty. I need to do better with my portion control.
