I think it would be great if all people at risk for diabetics such as age, heredity, poor diet , obesity, fatty liver disease, etc— basically everyone in the USA , could wear one of those glucose monitoring patches so that they can see what their BS IS before they eat those donuts, after and 2 hours later. I’m not sure whether it would make a lot of difference to some folks who are “sugar addicts” but for others it might help them make better food choices. Each person is different and their body response to the same food might be different. I know I would like to try it because I eat a higher carb diet than most but try to pair the carbs with a protein and a fat which slows down the effect of the
Carbs. So far so good.
