As of this morning, BF% down to 28.5 which brings me to a cool 81 lbs of total body fat. That makes my lean weight 203 lbs, if I'm doing the math correctly. Scale hasn't been moving much in the past few months so this has become my standard for tracking progress. Goal BF% is 24. Just keep swimming...

This has officially become my most used app on my phone. Constantly checking against calories and macros and logging everything I can. it has been six months this week since I started this journey and so far am very happy with the results! Thanks to all of you for the support and motivation! Reading through your journal entries helps a lot in keeping focused and knowing that the challenges are not exclusive to me. Keep focused and move forward! 💪😎👍

**BEWARE THE FALSE MARKETING**
I just learned that the "zero everything" cooking sprays are based on 1/4 of one gram. I couldn't believe they claim there are 500 servings per can! 1/4 second spray contains such a small amount of carbs, fat, and calories that the nutrition info can say 0% but there's no way that anyone uses that small amount. I know I use at least 2 seconds depending on what I'm using. Ain't that some BS! Granted, it still isn't much but how many other products do we consume with the same mentality? Lesson learned: always check the serving size!
