Wow!! The resistance bike workout was a killer! However, I love the way my legs are burning yet. This morning, I woke up and I could just see a hint of results. Nothing is better then actually seeing what you have been doing. Im eating soo good too! I was out of town this last weekend to the dells & honest, I did not over eat on anything. I took my time eating so I could feel full at the right time. Anyway, Im glad im getting myself back in shape. It feels good, to look good. I hope everyone is feeling better about themselves too. Keep up the good work errbody :)

Woke up this morning and did my last day of treadmil intervals. Starting Sunday, I will be doing a hard resistance on the bike for a week. Feeling pretty good!

I kinda indulged in little snickers all day and i hate myself for that. But i came home, put on my big heavy snow boots, found the deepest snow and trampled through it. Its kind of like doing knee lifts with mudd stuck to your shoes. I get my heart pumpn while still doing some resistance for my lower half body. Plus, my dog gets a nice walk too. Im hoping all this snow walking makes my legs look stellar this summer :)
