Two biggest pitfalls so far: travelling and family fast food night. Cash is so tight right now that I couldn't buy healthier food for my Athens trip. Plus, Tim Horton's coffee is an infrequent treat. If I'd packed better snacks, I could've gotten a coffee or light mocha without the sandwich. Also, my parents have instituted a Pizza Hut Tuscan Tuesday Tradition, and the pasta they order has way, way, way too many calories. It isn't even filling! I didn't eat big helpings, though, so the damage wasn't as bad as it could've been (but this is the first night I've felt really hungry).

Bouncing back by drinking lots of water and checking the nutritional info on the foods I want to get at the Springfield Grille tomorrow. Got to find a low-cal small plate so that I can enjoy their creme brulee without worry.

I tracked all food today, but the site doesn't include the caloric info for a sandwich with sauce. Of course I had the sauce :)
