So yea. I am going to assume that when I weighed myself the first time I must have just eaten. And this time I didn't eat. And that most of that was water weight. But either way. I LOST 10 POUNDS IN 8 DAYS!!! WOOO!
I am seriously in love with this adipex. It's really helping me eat correctly.
I am now completely on water. No sodas at all. I used to drink water at home and drink a soda when I would go out to eat. But not anymore!
Also the adipex has helped me to stop snacking all day. I drink a shake in the morning for breakfast. Then I eat a light lunch. And supper is a meal with lots of fruits and vegetables.
I'm so excited! Only 20 pounds away from my first goal (=

Alright guys. Trying this again. I'm back where I started once again. But that's okay. I'm going to work hard and keep my head up. I have a treadmill to work with and I have my mom keeping me on track.
My mom just got the Lap Band surgery and we are getting healthy together.
I also went to a weight loss clinic. They hooked me up with some appetite suppressants and a metabolism booster. Hopefully,this time is going to be it. I really want this for myself.
I put 199 as my first goal. When I get back into the hundreds again it'll be a victory in itself. My overall goal weight would be 150. I weighed that in high school and I looked amazing! LOL
I'll write more some other time (=

Great News! A friend of mine just got kicked out her parents house!
Well that isn't really great, but the great part is that I now have a roommate! AND someone who wants to go running with me! YAY! There is a track right down the road at the high school so we can go any time we like. Preferably right before dark. Cause these 100 degrees and above days are killing me. lol
Im hoping to put up some pictures soon so that I can start keeping track of what I look like from month to month. Im hoping to get back under 200 by the time I start student teaching so that I can fit back into all my cute dress clothes that I bought when i had lost that 30 lbs. I know losing 15 lbs is a long shot, but I usually lose a whole butt load (haha butt load) of weight right when i start dieting and exercising. So im hoping that I can start off strong (not too strong, dont wanna wear myself out and end up quitting AGAIN).
I also now how a treadmill in my house. So now I REALLY have no excuse. I can't wait to get started :D

I can't believe I was under 200 lbs and I let myself get back up there again. I can't blame anything but myself.
Lately I have been stressed to the max. My boyfriend of 5 years, and I broke up. Get this, he broke up with me, then decided he wanted to marry me 2 days later. He came to my house (after I had already moved all of my stuff out of our apartment) and proposed with a ring and all. Of course I told him NO! If he were ready to marry me, he wouldnt have broken up with me 2 days before. Who knows we might work it all out, but not until he figures out what he really wants.
So on top of the stress of breaking up and moving, I now dont have a car or money. I can't get a job because I will be starting to student teaching in august and its almost impossible to have a job because you have to be at the school the entire time. So that would be like working two jobs!
I have been babysitting lately. The girl I babysit for has 4 kids. Talk about fun :/
So along with all of this stress, I have pushed my dieting and exercising back to the back burner. No excuses! People with far more stressful lives and things to do are losing weight right here on this website! I need to stop being lazy and feeling sorry for myself. Because the only person who can lose this weight for me, is me.
