Hello everyone,

I’ve been having ups and downs throughout my journey and currently find it very difficult to lose weight as I work both day shifts (14h) and night shifts (12h). I switch from nights to days without consistent rotation. I am still in the process of trying to figure out when and what to eat when on shift. I walk for 2 hours every day and workout once or twice a week depending on how tired I feel after work.

I would like to reduce my body fat and increase lean muscle mass.
