I feel good that I am not eating bread, rice and potatoes. Now to let go of my glass of red wine with dinner. That is the one habit I need to let go of. I know my weight/inches will leave even faster. This is a slow process but at least I have conquered the bread. I don't miss it!

I am glad I joined a challenge. I can't believe I worked out for 30 minutes. I have been so lazy. This along with Atkins will really get my metabolism moving. YEAH!!!!

Wow I really am starting to see the importance to logging in the food every day. It really gives you an idea to how your body responds to it. What a great site this is.

I started Atkins April 10, 2012 at 217.6 lbs. I am on week 3. I lost 6 lbs. so far. Yeah!!
