I have been good with keeping track of my food this past week, yay for me. But I hate weighing myself every single day. I have been going down but only by the slightest amount. I went back to the gym yesterday for the first time since Monday but I had been sick and very weak for the past 3 days so my body wanted to rest instead. I did the treadmill and the elliptical but the elliptical hurt my knees since I hadn’t worked out in 3 days. Had a good dinner and no snacks.
Woke up this morning and came into work to find girl scout cookies on my desk. I only had 1 cookie and I had the cookie that was the less fattening if there is such a thing in girl scout cookies, then had half a bagel and that will be my meal until lunch time.
I’m feeling embarrassed of myself today. I don’t feel pretty, I can’t believe I let myself get to this point. I want to look good for my husband and have him be proud to be out with me. I want to not be embarrassed to go out with my friends and look the way I do. Feeling low today.
