I just got back from LA and despite a previous 50 lb weight loss, I felt like a beached whale.

I've been fairly strict with my workout regimen which includes P90X, Insanity, TurboFire, and other activities as the mood arises - usually 4-6 days per week. I've been losing a small amount of fat, but my weight isn't budging. Most days I'm good with my diet, but I let stupid things like work meetings throw me off and so I'm not seeing the results I want.

My goal is to get rid of as much fat as I can, tighten/tone/lengthen my muscles, and get to where I don't feel self conscious, gross, and ugly. The teasing and fat jokes/comments I've gotten my whole life has influenced a very negative internal (and sometimes external) dialogue that is counterproductive to what I am trying to achieve.

Hopefully I can get some good ideas and guidance here!
