Hi F.S. Friends!
I am delighted to tell you all that I have dropped 3 sizes!
:)
I just wanted to encourage you guys, that F.S Wt. loss can be done by you too :) Yeah! :)
I was a bit skeptical at first (by my past wt. loss experiences,) but by staying on F.S, getting accountability buddies, and by recording my calories- I have found that this has really helped me lose my weight! For you "New-bee's"...F.S. Can work for you too, if you stay diligent, tenacious with your new eating habits, and (also) by finding an exercise program that will work for you. (smile)
I myself, have found that the 12 step program. C.R. has been very helpful for me as well! (Foremost) “Praying”-I give all the credit to God my Savior. Without God's help, I couldn't have done any of this! :)

Dear Journal!
"Hi Everyone!"
I have been away visiting my son and the Grand kids! We all had a great time. :) I have missed all of you. This site has not been very far from my mind, especially when I am eating! LOL :) I am so happy that I did not gain weight while I was traveling! Yeah! :)
I had my FIRST PIZZA
since about 6 months ago, when I first started my diet. I took the kids to “Chucky Cheese,” and we, of course ordered a pizza. I chose to enjoy the meal with the kids, thinking that I needed pizza lol-That's because poor me has been so deprived of this certain fast food! Now, I will have to say...“Why that was was the best pizza that I have eaten in a very long time!” Haha!:)
You All take care. And happy weight loss!
What works for me...I stayed away from most Carb's. No sweets, except fruits!

Hi Buddies!
I am still doing well on my diet! My daughter is worried about me, cuz she thinks that I am not eating enough. I am keeping it real, and I am eating healthy foods! :)
Dear Praying buddies-Please pray for me. I am exhausted, tired and worn out. I am taking care of one of my family member who has mental illness. I am having to do it all by myself. That also mean even the yard work, and house repairs. Yesterday I was on a huge ladder trimming the orange trees. Tomorrow, I will be repairing the drip system, going to the Dr. make meals, Visit my mom in the rest home, (which she hates!) Clean the house....I am sure you get the point! (I am in my sixties too)-Phew!..I am just plain old tired! Thank you for your prayers! :)

I am glad that I am staying at this weight! :) Swimming an hr a day has really helped me a lot. I sit on a water noodle, and just swim all over the pool, without getting my head wet. Both my arms and legs are constantly moving for an hour. I think that it is good exercise for me,
Today I dug out some bricks to put in an under line drip system, I will also trim a few more trees, and weed the yard. I am prepare this place for when I leave. (more calories will be burned by doing all of this. :)

Yahoo!:) I am happy! But I expect to go up and down between 147-151. I am going to try and eat healthy now, and always. I will try and stay away from sugar! Sugar makes me gain weight! uhh! I love desserts!:) I love to eat!lol :)
My downfall? Nightly eating, especially before I go to sleep! (Not a good idea!...That is how I gained 20 lbs!):)
