Haven’t been on here lately. I just want to tell everyone on here that are going to work everyday that you are appreciated! We are facing some very scary times along with trying to stay healthy and on track. Thank you to everyone. #lawenforcementofficerhere
To anyone on here that may be out of a job for the time I’m very deeply sorry and we will all get through this together.
I know no one probably wants to read anything about COVID-19 on here and my apologies but it’s hard to be on stay at home orders and still trying to stay healthy, active, dieting and focused.

I finally scheduled an appointment with my primary physician to get on something that can help curb appetite. I weighed in at 174 smh. She agrees I should be about 162. So we are starting on the lowest dose and I go back in a month to see if we need to up the dosage. Can only be on these pills for 3-6 months. I don’t know why my cravings have been out of this world lately but I have to make some changes. Running 3.5-5 miles 3 to 4 times a week is not enough. I overall eat healthy and have been vegetarian for 2 years now, but apparently I’m making some wrong choices somewhere. Wish me luck on this adventure!!!!
