Yay! Ive lost 10kg
That 10 kg was over about 9 months - began watching diet and strted some intentional exercise (bike riding). A health scare mid winter got me onto a lo carb diet and I joined a gym - next step is to keep up the gym and keep on a keto diet. next goal is to have lost anothr 5kg by the end of this month.

Advice?
I was following a basic low carb diet plan and hit a plateau for about a month - my body had adjusted - it wasnt untile i moved to a 16:8 fasting plan and lowered my overall calories and continued regular exercise that I started losing weight again. Once I hit my goal I cam move back to a maintenace level of calories.

I'm very encouraged that I am now 10kg less than I was a year ago! Still another 10 to go to reach my target, but feeling so much better.
