It's been awhile since I last weighed in. I thought surely I had gained back the 4 lbs I had lost. Time to get focused on what I'm eating.
Leaving for China in a couple days for a 10 day vacation. Hope to get in a lot of walking. Not 100% on what the food will be like (I only know a few authentic dishes), but hoping there will less processed foods.

Legs very sore from yesterday. Went to workout anyway this morning hoping to loosen them up. It didn't help. Will try to walk more throughout the day to help with stiffness.

No weight loss this week. Not surprising, just happy not to gain. Working out has been good. Need to put more focus on food.

Weighed in this morning for the first time since starting my class at the gym. I lost two lbs! My goal is 1 per week, I'm off to a decent start.
Food wise I'm trying. Tracking has really helped me evaluate what I'm eating and maybe make better decisions next time. It's really hard for me to order healthy when I go out to eat. But once I see the calories and everything else, it makes me at least think twice about it.
