today will be a very interesting day i am doing group strength for the first time today and then a zumba class right after. they say the lady that does the gs class acts as if it is boot camp but i took her ripped class yesterday and i loved it. i love how she pushes u to try harder but i hope i can make it thru 2 whole hrs of straight cardio weights and plyometrics. and then after i have a 30 minute butts and guts class that focuses strictly on different forms of squats and crunches. yay today will be interesting.

i think imma try the ripped class today i hear it was really good and i want to try hiit but thats later on this week and ill be going to yogalates at 12 i cant wait yay

i went to the grocery store today and bought me some michelina meals so its easier for me to keep up with my calories and i might go to the gym today and lift some weights but im really tired
