Not losing weight
I have not lost a pound since I started. I am eating more than I am use to eating but my arthritis is beating me up along with Neuropathy. I feel like I will be like my Dad. He never lost any weight and ate healthy everyday, until arthritis hit him hard. I was with him through it all and I feel and look just like him. Is it possible that I will truly be like him? What can I do for this painful problem. I don't know if meds will work for me. If anyone knows what I can do to help ease the pain let me know NOW!!!
