Stopped the low cal diet, just trying my best not to over eat now, and eating healthier foods. Stabilized slightly higher than my goal weight, but now I'm starting strength training to build some lean muscle. As I get older I'm feeling weaker and really need to get stronger. I've taken my "Before" pic, so "technically" half way there! Just need the "after" pic now. So watch this space!

Did my discovery health check today and passed all the assessments except BP which was on the limit of normal.
Have lost 30 kgs in the last 2 years using this app. Thanks to everyone who supports one another on this app and wishing everyone happy holidays and an amazing 2024!
