I use a FitBit to keep track of my walking throughout the day. Today I finished with 13,360 steps, which is 6.30 miles. For 89 minutes, I walked at 3 mph. Not my typical workout but I'll take it. :-)

A good weigh-in today; 205.6 The weight is slowly coming off.
Yesterday was the fourth consecutive day of swimming twenty laps in the pool, and water aerobics, along with a 3 mph twenty minute pace on the treadmill (one mile). I do interval training on the treadmill...mixing in one and two minute sprints after walking for three minutes. In addition, I raise the incline each minute during the first ten minutes, and then slowly lower it back to ground level during the last ten minutes.

I like what I read on the scale today. Tomorrow is my weigh-in day. I hope there is steady improvement.
