I am an avid karateka and martial arts lover.
For the first time in 25 years I am living for myself and I have a goal - To achieve my black belt. I still have quite a way to go, but, I don't want to struggle. Carrying the extra weight slows me down a lot.
I want to lose the weight to be a fitter, faster, stronger and healthier athlete.
I have been on every diet under the sun. Nothing has worked for me. I have been following a LCHF lifestyle since April 2017 and so far so good. The weight loss is slow but steady and I am quite pleased with what I have achieve so far. I doubt I will go back to carbs and sugar.
