So today is no better but I will try to not eat so much as if I'm not exercising I always seem to eat too much, :-(

Ok not so good today as I have a chemical burn to my arms, face, and stomach so have been put on Prednisone and other meds to treat this. But I will get back to it asap. :-(

This s a very slow process would love it to speed up a little :-)

Diet followed reasonably well

2nd 2-5 day today, had a big night out last night ate way too much, guess I'll pay for it today. :-(
