I am 59 year old, single, three adult children and first time grandmother. In between working two jobs I help raise my grandchild and spend quality time with my partner. I have struggled with my weight since the birth of my children. I eat very little but my body does not appreciate that. I love to exercise I just often cannot find the time. I just want to take some time to focus on myself and hopefully shed some pounds. I need to do this for my greater health and so that I can maintain my extremely busy lifestyle.

Alternate day fasting diet
Hi. Just started the alternate diet myself last week. So far I have lost 4 pounds. I thought it would be difficult but it is not really. Just takes a little planning. Keep up the good job and lets see what happens at the end of this week. I'm just taking it one day at a time!!!
