Actually feeling really good with myself. I was shocked to feel not hungry or restricted by cutting carbs and using lettuce as an alternative or just no bread. I feel lighter and waaayyyyy less bloated. It’s about day 4 so I haven’t seen much change on the scale but I’m not letting that get to me. Need to start working out, I just suck at it and can’t seem to enjoy working out lol. Happy Monday 🥦🥬🥒

Going to try cutting almost all carbs. I was looking into Keto for a while but I’m not sure if I can stick with it right now. I’ll see where this gets me!
