Check out hip hop abs
okay, you're like the fifth person I've come across on the site that's been talking about the hip hop abs workout. I think I'm going to take the plunge. Perhaps, I can get some rythm while I'm at it.

Here goes...
Good luck Zimmer and know that you're off to a great start already. You love the way you look, you just want to be healthier! That's awesome and with that positive attitude, you going to do just fine on this diet.
nat, eat when you feel hungry for the first few days and make sure you eat what's allowed. Your body will level off in a few days and start burn at fat reserves. You'll do just fine.

Hey Everyone
here there, the one thing that's worked for me is keeping myself hydrated and having filling snacks on hand. An orange or an apple works great at filling you up and providing you with the nutrients you need while you stick to your diet. Always have some water around. I think the one shocking this I learned is that people sometimes confuse body thirst with hunger. I know it sounds silly, but it is true!
