I have noticed something about my reactions within this app. If I see anyone has posted a weightloss, I give support. What I realise I have failed to do is offer support when I see a person has gained. I have forgotten a few things.
1. Not everyone is like me. There are people here who need to increase weight.
2. I have failed to loose weight, but have lost cm. It is a journey, and there are various destinations.
3. I have not posted weight gains. It happens, and I need to recognise that I am not the only one and that this is normal.
4. It has taken an extremely long time for me to publish my journey. This in its own is an achievement. I have no right to judge others for their truth and honesty.

Best meal of the week.Thai green curry: homemade (and mostly grown) curry paste, homegrown peppers, carrots and broccoli.

So my kenwood chef is in hospital. This means that I cannot make a lot of my "safe" food, food make from scratch, blended and knowing that I know exactly what is in my food. All I have is a hand blender which is limited. I need to get this control back! Also, I have a veggie garden which is begging to be made I to a breakfast smoothie.
