Not had a chance to exercise this week but with the amount of mattresses, beds and furniture that I've upended I think that counts as weight training lol. Broke my own rule of not eating after 6pm and have had several glasses of wine, it's been a rough week! Expecting a gain on weigh in day, must do better next week.

Full on day, only just got home and weighed in. Possible interview with the Guardian tomorrow about the world's worst jobs lol

It's my grandson's birthday, so of course I had cake for breakfast. No idea about calories as it was homemade by my youngest daughter
