After having my first daughter 13 years ago, I lost my postpartum blues weight and them some and stayed skinny for 7 years. Then came daughter #2 three and a half years ago followed by my son a year and a half ago. Having two babies back to back and a desk job that requires my butt in a chair for 40-50 hours a week has taken a toll on my body. I don't expect to get down to my 150 lb body that I was when I was 21 (which is low on my 6' frame), but I would love to get down to 160 and wear a size 8 or 10 jean again.
