Im 45 years old and trying to get my out of shape old body back in shape again. I have always been involved with sports and exercise, but over the past 3 years I have really let myself go and gotten out of shape. After a recent physical and scolding by the Doc I figured I better take my health a little more serious and start watching what I eat and get on an exercise program so thats what im doing. Its going to be a challenge but I think I'm up to it. I love the outdoors and love spending time with my kids so here's to getting healthy and enjoying life without tiring out so easily. Boy, this getting older thing really bites!
