I am currently living on Potato Crisps and sweets with the occasional sandwich and real meal thrown in. Not a healthy diet, but somehow I continue to lose weight.
I am not getting any exercise because my hip pain is crippling, and we are not supposed to leave the house unnecessarily due to the Lockdown rules.
